4. As there is no second hand market in properties in the first 3 phases it is extremely difficult to gauge how owners capital purchase is doing. Taking into account alternative uses over the last 3 years for the investment capital, the expense on ASL fees, lack of rental income and/or threats to make good any defecit on this and effectively paying to use your won apartment - How do owners feel about their capital investment?
