1.How do owners feel about HMC's level of communication. This is on all matters from building issues to rental weeks to financial information.

As there is no second hand market in properties in the first 3 phases it is extremely difficult to gauge how owners capital purchase is doing. Taking into account alternative uses over the last 3 years for the investment capital, the expense on ASL fees, lack of rental income and/or threats to make good any defecit on this and effectively paying to use your won apartment - How do owners feel about their capital investment?
