Dear valued guests,

HMC sent by post the forms for your ski pass for the forthcoming winter season.

I send it again by e-mail in order to remind you that SMA needs 15 days to valid them (plus the time to send it by post)

If you didn't do it, please send by post as soon as possible the full file to

Norbert, your contact on spot, will transfer it to the SMA 

You'll find enclosed the form in the French version (pdf document) with the HMC stamp to valid that you're owner in Arc 1950

You have to fulfill the French version with the HMC stamp.

In order to help you, you'll find an exemple in English with some red words in English.... don't use this one for the SMA

With the form in French, you have to attach :

- the proof of age (for children under 14 and senior over 60)
- 1 photo
- ski card (if you already own one for recharging)
- full payment   by cheque (on french account)

by credit card (CB) : you have to precise the number - expires - signature

In order to charge your credit card, the SMA requires the numbers behind your card.
Please give this information to the SMA by any way at your disposition.
