In the end, it comes down to location, location, location.  Our penthouse apartment is higher than all the other buildings on the Charapolis development at Latchi.  It is set right at the back of the site, with lovely views of the whole bay.  The Akamas peninsula with its nature reserve and walking trails is to your left, Latchi beach and marina are straight ahead, and distant views of Polis Bay are to the right.

The property is on the third floor of an old village house which was formerly a monastery. It was tastefully updated and converted into apartments approx. 20 years ago. The apartment itself is on 2 levels with an interior staircase and a small roof terrace with views over the surrounding countryside. Although central to the village it is very peaceful and the other apartments are generally quiet. The whole apartment is simply but tastefully furnished, giving an ideal and comfortable base for getting to know this area of Provence.
