Owners action group to meet in London

Hopefully everyone will have seen separate threads on the Owners site about varying issues and concerns about our "investments" in Arc 1950. There is a detailed summary in a new discussion thread, and a further meeting of Owners is [**UPDATE] taking place in London (Soho) on 1st November 2007 to discuss next steps, which will include exploring immediate legal & PR action. There are links to copies of relevant documents and to a recording of a one-hour conference call with Drew Stotesbury, Robert Jerome, Lorne Bassell and David Gerardi. Hopefully everyone will have seen separate threads on this main Owners site about varying issues and concerns about our "investments" in Arc 1950.

Some of us more disgruntled Owners formed the 100 Euros group a few months ago to explore the possibility of legal and PR action against ITW for mis-selling and generally false promises. This group quickly became an enlarged Owners Action Group, which has been communicating with senior ITW management in Canada about the nature and extent of our concerns. . .
